Hi – I’m Allison
I didn’t start out as a psychotherapist. For over a decade, I worked as a professional photographer, capturing everything from families and milestones to events and portraits. What I loved most wasn’t just creating beautiful images—it was the connection with my clients. The quiet moments, the stories people shared, and the trust they placed in me to see them as they truly are.
Eventually, I felt called to connect with people on an even deeper level. Becoming a psychotherapist felt like a natural evolution—a way to hold space not just for a moment in time, but for growth, healing, and transformation. Today, I bring a humanistic, heart-centered approach to therapy, supporting my clients as they reconnect with themselves, navigate challenges, and create more joy, meaning, and ease in their lives. My hope is that through our work together, you feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the life you want to create.
As an LGBTQ+ ally, I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space where all clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
